Sonya is a wife, mother, and educator living in Cleveland, OH. She received a B.A. in International Studies and History from Kenyon College and an M.Ed. in Education from Cleveland State University. She also holds Certificates in Executive Education and Appreciative Inquiry from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Currently, she is the Chief for Youth and Family Success for Mayor Justin Bibb. Most recently she served as the Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Fab Foundation (MIT). Sonya is the CEO of Synchronicity Consulting, Founder of Fab House, and Co-Founder of the Cleveland Ice Cream Crawl.
Sonya currently serves as a board of trustee for Kenyon College, a strategic advisor for 100Kin10, and a member of the COVID-19 Taskforce for Church of the Master.
