Sonya is a wife, mother, and educator living in Cleveland, OH. She received a B.A. in International Studies and History from Kenyon College and an M.Ed. in Education from Cleveland State University. She also holds Certificates in Executive Education and Appreciative Inquiry from The Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. Most recently, she served as the Chief for Youth and Family Success for Mayor Justin Bibb. Before that, she served as the Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at the Fab Foundation (MIT). Sonya is the CEO of Synchronicity Consulting, Founder of Fab House, and Co-Founder of the Cleveland Ice Cream Crawl.
Sonya served as a member of the board of trustees for Kenyon College, a strategic advisor to 100Kin10, and a member of the COVID-19 Task Force for Church of the Master.
